James Olsen, of Ormond Beach, sold 427 Pine Bluff Trail to Audrey Bruner and Tracey Watson, of Ormond Beach, for $2,750,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 5/4 and has 4 half baths, a pool, a hot tub, a fireplace, a guest house, a dock, a boathouse, a carport and 8,180 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $1,800,000.
Robert Banker and Susan Mary Banker, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 104, to Donald Felton Tyler, Jr. and Cecilia Tyler, of Ormond Beach, for $224,900. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $165,000.
Joseph Birtley, of Holly Hill, and Lorraine Hunnefeld, of Inman, South Carolina, sold 10 Lynnhurst Drive, Unit 207, to Jorge and Elizabeth Jimenez, of Hialeah, for $197,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 930 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $113,000.

Ronald and Jeannette Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 1331 Hansberry Lane to Jean Boudreau, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $240,500.

MHK of Volusia County, Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 7 Marden Drive to Luis and Nicole Rodriguez, of Chuluota, for $1,063,900. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a private elevator and 2,276 square feet.
