Tijuana Flats in Palm Coast will have its grand opening beginning Feb. 26

The restaurant will have a seating capacity of 64 and feature digital menu boards.

Tijuana Flats in Palm Coast will have its grand opening the week of Feb. 26 to March 3, according to a press release.

The 2,396-square-foot restaurant at 5890 State Road 100 will have a seating capacity of 64 and feature digital menu boards for easy ordering and order status boards linked directly to the kitchen. It will also feature a signature Tijuana Flats wall mural painted by Aaron Marable.

 “Tijuana Flats has been diligent in its efforts to increase the number of locations on the east coast, and this is a strong example of that,” Curtis Cattanach, VP of marketing, said.
