Tina Singleton, of Lincoln, Illinois, sold 240 Orange Grove Drive, Unit D, to Michael and Sarah Gehrmann, of Ormond beach, for $229,900. Built in 1988, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,239 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $168,000.
