Built in 2015, the house is a 7/7 and has 3 half baths, a fireplace, a pool, a hot tub, a theater room, a wine cellar, two gas fire pits and 9,389 square feet.
Clifford and Vera Krukemeier, of Ormond Beach, sold 1332 Wicklow Lane to Susan and Terrance Gooding, of Ormond Beach, for $580,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3 and has a pool, a hot tub and 2,575 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $215,000.
Susan Gordon and John Donald Gordon, of Bunnell, sold 3305 Westmeath Drive to Gary Schnayderman, of Ormond Beach, for $735,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,912 square feet.
Pergola Place, LLC, of Alexandria, Virginia, sold 134 Pergola Place to Randy Sorrentino, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,674 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $230,000.
Dorothy Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 166 River Beach Drive to James Slavin and Donna Louise Slavin, of Saint Johns, for $316,500. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,414 square feet.
Nicholas and Laura Greer, of Bunnell, sold 227 Putnam Ave. to Jeffrey and Toni Wright, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, an in-law suite and 3,226 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $89,000.
Ernie and Ginger Addison, of Daytona Beach, sold 116 Treasure Lane to Don and Karen Durham, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/2 and has a pool and 2,249 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $355,000.
Michael Edwin Carnes and Marea Spencer Carnes, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Aqua Vista Drive to Heidi Lee Wohlfarth Kerr, of Ormond Beach, for $434,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,497 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $264,000.
