Built in 1983, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a pool, a fireplace and 3,771 square feet. It sold in 2023 for $1,504,500.
MHK of Volusia County, Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 5 Marden Drive, Unit C, to Pran and Neera Kar, of Ormond Beach, for $1,161,700. Built in 2022, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has a private elevator and 2,276 square feet.
Harold and Sheila Conger, of Gardner, Illinois, sold 47 Coquina Ridge Way to Wayde and Denise Sumerix, of Ormond beach, for $493,500. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,144 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $373,600.
Jeffery and Lori Barbieri, as trustees, sold 1329 Wicklow Lane to John Morgan and Delana Lynn Sanders, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,484 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $425,000.
