James Cairns, as trustee, sold 395 South Atlantic Ave., Unit 406, to Thomas Gorman, as trustee, for $525,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $258,000.
Anesia Hosein Mohammed and Nigel Mohammed, of Ormond Beach, sold 1304 East Gold Ave. to Michael Vitale and Valerie Rosa Mobley, of Ormond Beach, for $293,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,324 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $225,000.
