Ralph Lampman and Sally Story, as trustees, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 240, to Mojo Property Investments, LLC, of Clermont, for $395,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $349,000.
James Nelson Sr. and Carolyn Nelson, as trustees, sold 1 Soco Trail to Rockwell Samples, of Ormond Beach, for $292,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $102,900.
Diana Rivera Bryant, Brendan Peo, Father James Lentini, Carlos Cintron Ortiz and Neil Clemons, as trustees, sold 410 Cherrywood Drive to Tonya Hill and Amy Monroe, of Ormond Beach, for $308,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,564 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $50,900.
