Fore You Capital LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 504, to Everett and Kirsten Kliphouse, of Palm Coast, for $2,900,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has a stacked stone gas fireplace and 4,948 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $1,975,000. Following are some other transactions for the week.
