Halifax Humane Society's Pets of the Week for March 16

Meet Mufasa and Snickers.

Two dogs have been featured as this week's Halifax Humane Society Adoptable Pets of the Week.

The first is Mufasa, a 2-year-old Mastiff mix with a red and cream coat. He has a big personality, does well with other dogs and loves to play. His adoption fee is $75.

The second is Snickers, a 2-year-old hound mix with a cream and tan coat. She was surrendered by her owner. She previously lived in a home with children, another dog and a couple cats. Snickers would thrive with an active and social owner. Her adoption fee is $75.

The Halifax Humane Society's adoption lobby, located at 2364 LPGA Blvd., is open to the public daily from noon to 6 p.m. Admissions are accepted daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Appointments are required for admissions, boarding and grooming. There is no appointment required to visit the adoption lobby. Masks are not required but encouraged if you are not feeling well or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. To adopt, contact [email protected] or call 274-4703.
