Erin Cummings and Bernard Zapotowski, of Binghamton, New York, sold Debra and Dale Growley, of North Royalton, Ohio, for $325,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $109,000.
Nancy Carolyn Turner, as trustee, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 517, to Jolanta Anna Lopatniuk Lopez, of Saint John, Indiana, for $295,800. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has 925 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $69,900.
