It sold in 2000 for $750,000.
Marie Gibson, of Ormond Beach, and John Wright, of Roswell, Georgia, sold 203 South Orchard Street, Unit 4C, to Sherryl Hutchison, of Ormond Beach, for $216,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,083 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $59,750.
Michael Pecoff and Deborah Kroposky Pecoff, of Ormond Beach, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 503, to Patricia Lynn Martin and Beverly Paige Green, of Auburn, Georgia, for $300,000. Built in 1983, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,275 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $229,000.

John and Mary Schend, of Indianapolis, Illinois, sold 3212 Galty Circle to Glenn and Beatrice Krimsky, as trustees, for $424,500. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,852 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $281,500.
