Built in 2005, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a pool, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and 4,244 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $1,125,000.
Robert Margolin, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold 4600 East Moody Blvd., Unit 5L, to Caitlyn Carruth, of Palm Coast, for $167,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,035 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $121,500.
