A house in Lakeside at Matanzas Shores was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 18-24 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. BPG Builders LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 202 Surfview Lane to Gordon Zeng and Donghe Zhu, of Onalaska, Wisconsin, for $2,006,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/4.5 and has an elevator and 3,221 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Watford Associates LLC, of Tampa, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 455, to Robert Cotton and Elizabeth deOnativia, as trustees, for $1,199,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,177 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $520,000.

John and Patricia Scarola, of Tacoma, Washington, sold 308 N.E. Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 203, to My King LLC, of Palm Coast, for $162,000. Built in 1975, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,006 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $116,000.

Galina Gursoy, Sergey Kozyr and Svetlana Molokova, of Brooklyn, New York, sold 9 Pennsy Place to Devin Walsh and Hannah Whewell, of Palm Coast, for $393,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,251 square feet.

Diana Faircloth, of Bunnell, sold 408 N. Church St. to Marcus and Martha White, of Bunnell, for $95,000. Built in 1947, the house is a 2/1 and has 756 square feet.

Helen Corbo, of Palm Coast, sold 3 Crosstie Court to Joan Paulus, of Ormond Beach, for $374,500. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,613 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $145,000.
