John and Kelly Huebert, individually and as trustees, sold 1324 S. Daytona Ave. to Frederick and Christine Haddad, of Arlington, Virginia, for $1,386,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,596 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

John and Leslie Wojcik, of Indiana, Pennsylvania, sold 2139 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2139, to Eduardo and Lisa Beira, of Boynton Beach, for $582,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $255,000.
PID Group LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 1212, to Morgan Grace Jr. LLC, of Bunnell, for $475,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,264 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $200,000.
Country Club Harbor
Daniel and Denise Verano, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Waterfront Cove to Susan Moore, of Palm Coast, for $500,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,700 square feet. It sold in March for $449,900.
Cypress Knoll
Mary Defoe, individually and as trustee, sold 22 Edgemont Lane to Joseph Debroske and Maryann Mangano, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,326 square feet.
Robert Gloria, of Stony Brook, New York, sold 41 Esperanto Drive to Alexandr Dobjanski, of Oviedo, for $332,500. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,085 square feet.
