A house in Island Estates was the top real estate transaction for the week of Aug. 4-10 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Charles and Karen Skeens, of Ceredo, Wyoming, sold 168 Island Estates Parkway to Crissy and Shane Stinson, of Palm Coast, for $2.01 million. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,149 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $1,035,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Eric Painting and Kaitlyn Fries, of Lakewood, Ohio, sold 400 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 335, to Kevin and Miclyn Riley, of Palm Coast, for $775,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,003 square feet. It sold in March for $685,000.

Kathleen Lagras, of Palm Coast, sold 4600 Moody Blvd., Unit 8-F, to Izabela Grubska, of East Haven, Connecticut, for $165,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 971 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $144,900.

Cochran Place

Pamela Hickey, individually and as trustee, and Richard Morgan III, of Flagler Beach, sold 1115 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Jane and James Searcy, of Sanders, Kentucky, for $990,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,664 square feet.

Grand Haven

Oscar and Diane Perez, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, sold 26 Eastlake Drive to Bart and Suzanne Palmer, of Palm Coast, for $652,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,432 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $455,000.

Hammock

Mark and Michelle Palmucci sold 6 Moody Drive to Deer Run Camping Resort LLC, of Orrtana, Pennsylvania, for $825,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,762 square feet.

Indian Trails

Joseph and Georgiann Micci, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Barring Place to John and Roxanna Woods, of Palm Coast, for $424,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,663 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $174,000.

Huntington Woods

Opendoor Property Trust 1, of Tempe, Arizona, sold 33 Huntington Place to Denise LaGarde, of Ormond Beach, for $436,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,992 square feet. It sold in April for $397,600.

Indian Trails

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Pensacola, sold 68 Boulder Rock Drive to Brandon and Heather Jackson, of Palm Coast, for $363,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,755 square feet.

Michael and Claire Ledrich, of Palm Coast, sold 38 Bud Field Drive to Manuel and Yiranis Diaz, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,619 square feet.

Lehigh Woods

Adams Homes of Northwest Florida Inc., of Pensacola, sold 27 Richardson Drive to William and Susan Romano, of Palm Coast, for $382,900. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,755 square feet.

Richard Winters, of Knoxville, Tennessee, and others sold 7 Rybark Lane to Eli Rivera, of Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, for $325,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,676 square feet.

Jarrod and Bridgette Peeples sold 2 Lewisdale Place to Shakira and Kenneth Foreman, of Palm Coast, for $429,499. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,255 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $234,800.

Srisuda Irineou, of Delray Beach, sold 2 Unity Court to Catherine Neves, of Palm Coast, for $240,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,397 square feet.

Ocean Hammock

John and Cynthia Hughes, of Stockton Springs, Maine, sold 12 Cinnamon Beach Way to Riad Hanna and Emin Atik, of Charleston, West Virginia, for $1.4 million. Built in 2011, the house is a 2/3/2 and has a swimming pool, elevator and 3,626 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $310,000.

Palm Harbor

J&M Weiss LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 8 Cedarford Court to Howell and Johnnie Bennett, of Palm Coast, for $772,500. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 2,461 square feet. It sold in January for $520,000.

Scott and Mari Parks, of Palm Coast, sold 36 Fairhill Lane to James and Laura Harkness, of Palm Coast, for $550,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,008 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $100,500.

Ann and William Gordon, of Flagler Beach, sold 2 Carlson Place to Benjamin and Jerri Kelley, of Palm Coast, for $512,500. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $140,000.

Matthew Bingham and Jessica Reese, of Palm Coast, sold 45 Fortune Lane to Tom Philipson, of Cumming, Georgia, for $386,250. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,598 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,000.

Pebble Beach Village

Larry and Linda Farmer, of Flagler Beach, sold 2830 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Michelle and Thomas Kuecks, of Flagler Beach, for $1.05 million. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3/2 and has an elevator and 2,001 square feet.

Pine Lakes

Jorge and Jessica Duran sold 36 Woodward Lane to Johanna McCahon and Maryann Rodino, of Palm Coast, for $460,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,244 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $285,000.

Petr and Raisa Miroshnik, and Pavel and Nadiia Miroshnik, sold 33 Westminster Drive to Carlos Rosa and Anna Goth, of Palm Coast, for $390,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,018 square feet.

Quail Hollow

Jamie Carlsen, of Wheeling, West Virginia, sold 20 Zoeller Court to Lisa Hughes and Susan Lesage, of Pembroke Pines, for $300,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,625 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $132,000.
