House in the new Toscana development sells for $1.1 million

A house north of Tomoka State Park near Old Dixie Highway was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of July 31 to Aug. 6 in the Multiple Listing Service. Nealco Developments LLC sold 101 La Toscana Rotonda to Rachel Cohen-Shohet and Felipe Cadavid, of Ormond Beach, for $1.1 million. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,110 square feet. Ormond Beach

William and Leesa Aucoin sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 706, to Beatriz Franchini, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $229,000.

Thomas Scorza, of Ormond Beach, sold 93 Alanwood Drive to Jaydon Allan, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,788 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Patricia Swick, individually and as trustee, sold 3608 Christa Court to Scott Schiffer and Elizabeth Gonsalves, of Ormond Beach, for $655,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,792 square feet.

Colette Bordonaro, individually and as trustee, sold 1302 Asher Court to James and Barbara Mayes, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 2002, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet.

Lakes of Pine Run

Michael Vessa, of Palm Coast, sold 110 Limewood Place, Unit 4, to Margaret and Aaron Rounsavall, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1983, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,307 square feet.

Knollwood Estates

Barbara Mullens, of Ormond Beach, sold 186 Laurelwood Lane to Padraig and Nicole Brousseau, of Ormond Beach, for $655,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,142 square feet.

Oak Forest

George Wetsell sold 4 Red Bud Lane to HPA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $450,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,017 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Dennis Busche, of Hood River, Oregon, sold 15 Lakecliff Drive to Gary Schnayderman and Janeta Dimante, of Ormond Beach, for $710,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,620 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $385,000.

Carol Hyman, of Damascus, Maryland, sold 29 Wild Fern Lane to Robert D’Antoni, of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, for $409,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,927 square feet.

John and Rene Adams, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 River Ridge Trail to Anthony and Miriam Potts, Samantha Potts and Jeremy Mohler, of Ormond Beach, for $634,125. Built in 1980, the house is a 5/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,460 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $430,000.

Devon Dorato sold 18 Fox Run Trail to SS 2500 LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,235 square feet.

Patsy Hill, of Hamilton, Georgia, sold 210 Sagebrush Trail to Robert Ledbetter and Dylan Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,743 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michelle Gunter, of Daytona Beach, sold 2 Ocean Drive to Paul and Mayra Gelinas, of Miami, for $673,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,104 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $349,900.

Nicolette Hannon, of Ocala, sold 136 Via Madrid Drive to Neil and Alicia Tomkin, of Ormond Beach, for $600,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $425,000.

Randolph and Christine Scott sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 812, to Jean Poth, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,225 square feet.

Lesley Speier, individually and as trustee, sold 64 Rivocean Drive to George and Teresa Frugoli, of Ormond Beach, for $399,900. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,459 square feet.
