Parkview Church had another successful Trunk or Treat for Halloween this year.
Families began lining up outside the church's parking lot before the annual event even began at 6 p.m, and parents and kids alike were decked out in their costumes.
And it wasn't just the trick or treaters who dressed up, but volunteers decked out their trunks match. Parkview's parking lot was filled with several pirate ships, minions, Disney characters — even the Grinch stopped by to throw candy at the kids.
The church, located in the 5400 block of Belle Terre Parkway, blocked off access to the church from Belle Terre, directing vehicles to enter through the Indian Trails Sports Complex. Cars packed the the back parking lot and lined the narrow road.
