A house in Ormond Lakes was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 16-22 in the Multiple Listing Service. Roger Grubic, of Vero Beach, sold 119 Squirrel Lane to Kerry and Lori Spencer, of Ormond Beach, for $820,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,343 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Tina Carlyle sold 524 Fred Gamble Way to Matthew and Cheryl Tucker, of Ormond Beach, for $382,500. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,090 square feet.

Daytona Shores

Kerry and Chantal Kwiatkowski, of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, sold 16 Woodridge Drive to Michael Fields, of Ormond Beach, for $449,900. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,436 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $135,000.

Golf Manor

Irene McNamara sold 758 Garden Lane to David Phillips, of Ormond Beach, for $414,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,036 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Donna and Leon Morgan, of Shirleysburg, Pennsylvania, sold 3169 Connemara Drive to Barry Goldman for $435,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,919 square feet.

William and Janice Burke sold 1436 Carlow Circle to Elizabeth and John Lockmiller, of Ormond Beach, for $342,500. Built in 2005, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet.

Diane and Anthony Labate, of Ormond Beach, sold 3041 Glin Circle to Aaron Thorp, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2006, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Michelle Mozena and Michael Hubbard sold 3 Acacia Court to Jerry Shields and Sonia Bailo, of Ormond Beach, for $489,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,194 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Laurel Oaks

Amy Garcia, of Zimmerman, Minnesota, and Kelly Rapinac, of Brooklyn, New York, sold 8 Greenfern Circle to David and Darlene Wolbers, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,155 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $85,000.

Northbrook

Mitchell and Ashley McGrath sold 1212 Northside Drive to William and Victoria Mitchum, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,713 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $220,000.

Clayton and Kim Beazley, Richard Beazley II and Clayton Beazley II sold 1859 Myrtle Jo Drive to Sedarian Simmons, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 828 square feet.

Mary Soiland, of Ormond Beach, sold 122 Lynnhurst Drive to Gregory and Lori Matthew, of Campbellsburg, Indiana, for $360,000. Built in 1956, the villa is a 2/1 and has 848 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $165,500.

Cheryl Silcox, as representative, Eve McElrath and Julie Hennes sold 505 Hollywood St. to Jacqueline Young, of Hollywood, for $286,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,415 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Thomas and Elvita Jones, as trustees, sold 1400 Henlow Lane to Constance and Michal Siedierski, of Ormond Beach, for $685,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,699 square feet.

Jack Wade and Rebecca Monroe, of Ardmore, Tennessee, sold 684 S. Center St. to Karrie Holloway, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,275 square feet.

Monica Sarkis, of Sweden, and Eric Sarkis, of Ormond Beach, sold 930 Old Mill Run to Nicholas and Alyssa Argitis, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,202 square feet.

Woodmere South

Robert Cook, of Ormond Beach, sold 731 Lindenwood Circle to Laura Nolte, of Lopatcong Township, New Jersey, for $460,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,368 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $249,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Douglas and Tina Imhoff, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Seafarers Drive to Warren and Kristina Ratley, of Ormond Beach, for $675,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,174 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $228,000.

ACL Realty LLC, of Port Orange, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7-D-4, to Joseph and Emily Ibrahim for $570,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,853 square feet. It sold in March for $410,000.

Joshua and Breana Akerberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Tropical Drive to Garry and Elizabeth Rolon, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,252 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $199,900.

Wenkman Group LLC sold 8 Longfellow Circle to Paula Goldstein, as trustee, for $441,500. Built in 1972, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,572 square feet. It sold in June for $330,000.

Karen Manton-Pillar and Alan Pillar, individually and as trustees, sold 125 Ocean Grove Drive to Brian Fromm, of Ormond Beach, for $428,500. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,525 square feet.

Brent and Amy Myron, of St. Johns, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3010, to Paul and Janet Isenberg, of The Villages, for $420,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,087 square feet.
