A house on more than two acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 17-23 in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory Oakwood, of Volusia County, sold 378 Pine Woods Road to Corey Miller and Cecilia Peier, of Palm Coast, for $799,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 4/2.5 and has an extra 2/1 house, a horse barn, two pole barns and 3,260 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Sara and Jefferson Nolin, of Auburn, Alabama, sold 209 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Claudia La Placa and Michael George, of Orlando, for $649,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,928 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $465,100.

Brian and Terese Lott, of Allen Park, Michigan, sold 815 Loyola Drive to Robert Bardani Jr., as trustee, for $475,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,741 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $150,000.

John and Rhonda Bulford, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Harvard Drive to Michael and Kristin Bond, of Ormond Beach, for $398,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,407 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $125,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 337 Sunset Point Drive to Elias and Franymar Kaniaris, of Ormond Beach, for $361,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,941 square feet.

Christina Taylor, of Baltimore, sold 1772 Valencia Ave. to Abdulaati Amer and Afia Elzalitni, of Ormond Beach, for $187,200. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/1 and has 924 square feet.

Nelson Brown, Nancy Brown and Nancy Clinchy, as trustee, sold 18 Woodlands Circle to Stanley and Amanda Stockhammer, of Ormond Beach, for $176,950. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,551 square feet.

Russell and Mary Herbert, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 16 Forest View Way to John and Monica Garnache, of Eugene, Oregon, for $487,500. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,114 square feet.

Chelsea Place

Kent and Julie Zierer, of Weston, Wisconsin, sold 469 Chelsea Place Ave. to Thomas and Nancy Parker, of Ormond Beach, for $489,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,906 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $337,000.

Ellinor Village

Bradford Bowis, of Orlando, sold 394 Pine Road to Lori Miller, and Valerie and Brent Christopher, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,948 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 3006 Kenmare St. to Luis Guzman and Carlos Guzman, of Ormond Beach, for $418,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,367 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 3013 Kenmare St. to Curtis and Sharon Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,831 square feet

Northbrook

Gerald Zavota, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Mill Run Court to Giuseppe and Darcy Macerelli, of Ormond Beach, for $452,900. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,122 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $277,500.

Plantation Bay

Auburn and Judith Norris, of Puerto Rico, sold 1333 Sunningdale Lane to Kim and John Sudol, of Ormond Beach, for $412,200. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $277,400.

Reflections Village

Margaret Johnson, of Daytona Beach, sold 36 Old Macon Drive to Rosalie Villecco, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,571 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $209,900.

Riviera Oaks

Dawn Cristinziani, individually and as representative, and others sold 1025 Calle Grande St. to Robert Taylor, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,278 square feet.

The Trails

Janet Rooney, of White, Georgia, sold 22 Maplewood Trail to Arelis Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $122,900.

Mrsrittz LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 282 Timberline Trail to William Witten, of Port Orange, for $225,000. Built in 1979, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $105,000

Tymber Creek

Nicholas and Cydney Reagan, of Ormond Beach, sold 416 Black Oak Lane to Jerome and Kala Reitano, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, for $549,900. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,466 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $259,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Kenneth Hendricks sold 2111 John Anderson Drive to Louis and Nina Pizzo, of Ormond Beach, for $670,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/3 and has two fireplaces and 2,370 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $242,000.

Judith Bodiford sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 701, to Arnold and Lisa McHone, of Hamburg, New York, for $600,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,515 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $430,000.

Jeffrey Fuller sold 1479 John Anderson Drive to Sheila Tunney, of Ormond Beach, for $479,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,425 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $325,000.

Ronald and Patricia Westbrook, individually and as trustees, sold 106 Beau Rivage Drive to Robert and Brenda Quicksall, of Flagler Beach, for $465,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,071 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $167,000.

Justin and Jocelyn Krise sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1150, to Richard O’Reilly, of Park Ridge, New Jersey, for $316,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,087 square feet.

Wayne Bruckbauer, of Deltona, sold 19 Carol Road to Jeffrey Conkling and Deborah Cage-Conkling, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,094 square feet.
