Ocean Hammock home tops the list at $1.4 million

A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of April 14-20 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Donald and Kim Addington, of Atlanta, sold 107 Ocean Way N. to David and Catherine Boxall, as trustees, for $1.4 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 3,779 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

William Seale, individually and as trustee, sold 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 803, to Richard and Sarah Mercure, of Palm Coast, for $1,315,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 2,690 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $1,010,000.

Herbert Whitehouse, of Orlando, sold 3510 S. Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 207, to Dawn Lane, of Flagler Beach, for $389,000. Built in 1978, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,201 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $172,000.

Meredith Burns, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Broadmore Circle, Unit 8, to Ann and David Olah, of Palm Coast, for $163,500. Built in 1980, the condo is a 1/1.5 and has 912 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $95,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 2 Prince John Lane to Brandon and Katrina Hammock, of Palm Coast, for $306,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,862 square feet.

Anna Torres sold 39 Parkway Drive to Stephen and Lisa Teixeira, of Palm Coast, for $272,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,468 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Iouri Metellcine, of Staten Island, New York, sold 43 Eagle Harbor Trail to Alexandra and Jon Christie, of Huntersville, North Carolina, for $569,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,506 square feet.

Grand Haven

Bradley and Corrie Myers, of Vienna, Virginia, sold 5 Sweetwater Court to Blair Obojski and Hope Kinchen, for $730,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,722 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $403,000.

Edward and Lucienne Abbey, of Palm Coast, sold 9 Ibis Court N. to Robert and Nancy Ricciardi, of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, for $465,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,811 square feet.

Daryl and Krysta Vergara, of Bunnell, sold 132 Fairway Court to Kevin and Danielle Barry, of Bunnell, for $335,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,857 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $203,000.

Olga and Vladimir Shneider sold 7 Butterfield Place to Mariana and Wesley Redwanc, of Palm Coast, for $470,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,208 square feet.
