Beachside pool home sells for $1.1 million

A house on Neptune Avenue was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 10-16 in the Multiple Listing Service. Mandy Rossmeyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 113 Neptune Ave. to Ryan and Marianne Allen, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for $1,175,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 4/3.5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,869 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Mary Cork, of Ormond Beach, sold 599 John Anderson Drive to The Center for Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $730,000. Built in 1950, the house is a 6/4.5 and has two fireplaces and 4,932 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $501,000.

Judith Stillion and Bethany Stillion, individually and as trustees, sold 235 Ann Rustin Drive to Zhijuan Lei and Kan Chen, of Ormond Beach, for $590,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 3,060 square feet.

Elizabeth Allen, of Daytona Beach, sold 144 Bosarvey Drive to Tabitha Fahey, of Ormond Beach, for $503,711. Built in 1958, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,866 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $68,000.

Nicole Wells, of Sanford, sold 38 Woodhaven Circle to Wallace and Leila Combs, of Ormond Beach, for $482,500. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,809 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $229,000.

Frances Jack, individually and as trustee, sold 261 E. Woodhaven Circle to Frederick Strehler, of Haalehu, Hawaii, for $459,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,685 square feet.

Philips Perkins, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 River Beach Drive to Joseph Firrantello, of Ormond Beach, for $418,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,800 square feet.

Victor Oliveira, of Davie, sold 1 Waterbury Circle to Peter Foley and Karen Scott-Foley, of Ormond Beach, for $409,500. Built in 1970, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,122 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $335,000.

Lisa King, individually and as trustee, sold 1417 N. Beach St. to Courtney and Kenneth Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,877 square feet.

Morrell Etner, of Ormond Beach, sold 914 Stanford Ave. to Maier Maurice LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,274 square feet.

David and Kelley Keith, of New London, New Hampshire, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2170, to Marc Brown and Paula Libbey, of Maple Grove, Minnesota, for $285,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 1/1 and has 924 square feet. It sold in 2021, for $247,500.

Frank and Ruth Snyder, of Acme, Pennsylvania, sold 13 Lakewood Park to Cerulean Ventures LLC, of Redondo Beach, California, for $217,500. Built in 1982, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,456 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 3017 Kenmare St. to Kirk Larkin and Mariar Lwin, of Placentia California, for $428,990. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,361 square feet.

Land Trust Properties LLC, as trustee, sold 1435 Carlow Circle to Louis Tarasi, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 2005, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $222,500.

Northbrook

Peter Potteiger and Lourdes Martin sold 1115 Sherbourne Way to Amada Vlasic, of Ormond Beach, for $346,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,699 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $239,900.

Vinatta Investment Group LLC, of Lake Mary, sold 152 Pine Cone Trail to Relana Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,712 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

Jimmy and Charlotte Hogan, individually and as trustees, sold 2 Nottingham Drive to Raymond and Ivette Chavez, of Gold Canyon, Arizona, for $450,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 5/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,667 square feet.

Trails North 40

David and Natacha Levy sold 148 Deer Lake Circle to Samantha Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $328,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,762 square feet. It sold in February for $250,000.

Andre Kerzick and Sabrina Rothemeyer sold 59 Windrift Court to Andrew and Ariane Vinci, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,407 square feet.

Lynne and Brian Seeber sold 2 Marjorie Trail to Anthony and Michele Tauriello, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,793 square feet.

Dale Franks and Oleta Powell, of Ormond Beach, sold 3565 John Anderson Drive to Steven and Heather Filipetti, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,048 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $320,000.

John and Katherine Driebe, of Long Valley, New Jersey, sold 30 Longfellow Circle to Gary Lange, of Ormond Beach, for $439,000. Built in 1970, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,500 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $375,000.

Mark Andrews, as trustee, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 22, to Dane Hulse, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,252 square feet.

Sands Point Homeowners Association Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1167 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2, to Jack and Laurie Burrows, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, for $215,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a studio with 375 square feet.

Givster LLC, of Maitland, sold 26 N. Sunny Shores Drive to Michelle Sands, of Ormond Beach, for $211,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 910 square feet.
