A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 31 to April 6 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony and Elizabeth Miller, of Carmel, Indiana, sold 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 704, to Suzanne Hebert, of Ormond Beach, for $1.31 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,390 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $740,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Robert Slawson sold 58 Club House Drive, Unit 104, to Konstantin Filippov, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $104,000.

Joanne Marrone, individually and as trustee, sold 104 Surfview Drive, Unit 2105, to William Myers, of Palm Coast, for $432,000. Built in 1992, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,158 square feet.

Belle Terre

Rachel Ord sold 10 Packard Lane to Edward and Linda Emery, of Palm Coast, for $405,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,320 square feet.

Antonio and Maria Amaral, of Palm Coast, sold 45 Perrotti Lane to Jose and Veneranda Carvalho, as trustees, for $275,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,779 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 697 Grand Reserve Drive to Davis and Marisa Ferreria, of Bunnell, for $282,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,714 square feet.
