A pool home on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. Gregory and Jill Dehnke, of Ormond Beach, sold 331 Riverside Drive to Gregory Culliton and Laurie Dyer, as trustees, for $905,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 5/4 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,271 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $600,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Nicholas Sardina and Barbara Jimenez-Sardina, of Miami, sold 7 Archangel Circle to Richard and Barbara Paulsen, of Ormond Beach, for $669,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 3,666 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $580,000.

Donald and Christine Pridgen, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, sold 194 N. Beach St. to Rebecca and Jacobus Boersma, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,720 square feet.

Ian Anderson, of Daytona Beach, sold 913 Peninsula Drive to Laurie and Russell Bliss, of Ormond Beach, for $459,900. Built in 1958, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 1,842 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $186,500.

Stasia Thompson, of Ormond Beach, and Jessica King, of Washburn, North Dakota, sold 1283 W. Granada Blvd. to Randolph Jordan, of Ormond Beach, for $402,500. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,831 square feet.

Amanda Vlasic sold 180 Sunset Point Drive to Shane White and Hannah Offenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $389,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,334 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $303,500.

Matthew and Paige Asper sold 5 Oak Brook Drive to Michael and Veronique Butera, and Anna Butera, of Ormond Beach, for $372,500. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,704 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $325,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 285 Sunset Point Drive to Yury Kucherenco, of Portland, Oregon, for $353,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,846 square feet.

Troy Joyner sold 5 Mainsail Circle to James Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $306,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,444 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $232,500.

Arielle and Ethan Johnson, of Port Orange, sold 310 Tropical Lane to Richard and Debra Ebbecke, of Maybrook, New York, for $218,900. Built in 1976, the house is a 2/2 and has 825 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $109,000.

Steven Paulsen, of Coconut Creek, sold 284 Military Blvd. to MVP Homes Inc., of Green Cove Springs, for $180,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,576 square feet.

Gwenny Hume, of Sparks, Nevada, sold 555 S. Ridgewood Ave. to Drew Larson Group LLC, of Sandy, Utah, for $151,000. Built in 1944, the house is a 2/1 and has 753 square feet.

Barbara Stephens, individually and as trustee, sold 3145 Connemara Drive to Rachel Tomasek, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,384 square feet.

Melissa Goddard sold 51 Canterbury Woods to David Julian, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,923 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $252,000.

Ormond Lakes

Daniel and Laura Robinson sold 19 Lakebluff Drive to Stephen and Kaili Stavris, of Ormond Beach, for $699,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3 and has three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,490 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $454,000.

Pine Run

Mary Simons, of Port Orange, sold 102 Addison Drive to Jonathan and Chandler Hodge, of Ormond Beach, for $585,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,069 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 1216 Hampstead Lane to Chris and Jolene Bullis, of Ormond Beach, for $469,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,973 square feet.

The Trails

Pamela Drury, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Havenwood Trail to Kathleen Bravo, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,030 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $142,000.

Tymber Creek

Hannah Offenberg and Shane White, of Ormond Beach, sold 192 Cloverdale Court to Elizabeth Busse and Margaret Busse, of Ormond Beach, for $284,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,392 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $199,900.

II Villaggio

Anita Lee and Johnny Felton sold 61 Apian Way to Jennifer Huang, of Flagler Beach, for $635,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 4,020 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 24 Sandra Drive to Monty and Jamy Sullivan, of Grapevine, Texas, for $710,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,526 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $368,500.

Thomas and Alice McClellan, of Douglasville, Georgia, and Cheryl Ueckert, of Villa Rica, Georgia, sold 35 Rivocean Drive to Ralph and Ann-Marie Evans, of St. Johns, for $405,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,289 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $160,000.

Lynn Thomas, individually and as trustee, sold 28 Aqua Vista Drive to JuiChuang Hsudeyin, of Ormond Beach, for $309,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,290 square feet.

William and Kate Rose, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 32, to Rebecca Pope, of Sorrento, for $229,900. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $162,000.

Dace Kamaly and Janis Busmeisters sold 8 Palm Drive to Brompton Group LLC, of Oviedo, for $208,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/1 and has 880 square feet.
