Flagler Beach pool home is the top seller

A house in Flagler Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Feb. 3-9 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Kenneth and Heather Lalonde, of Palm Coast, sold 1335 N. Daytona Ave. to James and Karen Burch, of Flagler Beach, for $810,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,180 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Daniel and Shannon Goodwin, of Brooksville, sold 1100 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 1043, to Robert and Susan Ginley, as trustees, for $540,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,344 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Karen Tamburlin, of North Tonawanda, New York, sold 40 Club House Drive, Unit 102, to Alfonso and Marta Ramirez, of Cutler Bay, for $165,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $65,000.

Atlanta Beach

Charles and Iona Show, individually and as trustees, sold 2729 John Bull St. S. to Kenneth and Tracy Stys, of Ormond Beach, for $499,999. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,816 square feet.

Belle Terre

Robert Herkert sold 95 Pepperdine Drive to Roy and Serene Hellman, of Palm Coast, for $387,500. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3 and has a boat dock and 2,495 square feet.

Hammock Real Estate Development LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 99 Green Circle to Raymond and Dora Garcia, of Palm Coast, for $306,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,870 square feet.

Country Club Harbor

Kathleen Colbert sold 50 Country Club Harbor Circle to Kandace Wood, of Auburndale, for $805,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 2,367 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $383,400.

Robert and Ursula Allen, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 12 Clark Lane to Jonathan and Claire Hansen, of Ellicott City, Maryland, for $250,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,217 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Francine Moore, of Palm Coast, sold 29 Emerson Drive to Joseph Papalia, of Palm Coast, for $330,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,256 square feet.

Jacqueline Flaherty, of Hull, Massachusetts, sold 6198 Nutwood Ave. to Ilya Lubenskiy, of Palm Coast, for $145,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,024 square feet.

Jesse and Kristian Thorpe, of Tucson, Arizona, sold 12 Players Circle to Dennis and Bridget Anderson, of Palm Coast, for $685,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,813 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $350,000.

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 59 Biscayne Drive to Vikram Hukmani, of Palm Coast, for $270,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,332 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $235,000.

Matanzas Woods

Lynore Shebby, of DeLand, sold 9 Lancelot Drive to Diane Norris, of Palm Coast, for $283,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,387 square feet.

Morningside

Justin and Jennifer Wilmot sold 2290 S. Daytona Ave. to Christopher and Emiliana Mes, of Flagler Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,199 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $164,200.

Mark Oslizio, as trustee, sold 1745 County Road 75 to Shonna and Aaron Swartzfager, of Bunnell, for $270,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,408 square feet.

Dennis and Bridget Anderson, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Foxhall Lane to Jeffrey Milkins and Steven Parker, of Reading, Pennsylvania, for $500,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,409 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $370,000.

Frances Estevez, of Palm Coast, sold 17 Fort Caroline Lane to Richard Howard and Rhea Ward, of Pompano Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,164 square feet.

Richard Bame and Robert Bame, as trustees, sold 21 Fenwick Lane to Brooke Manze, of Palm Coast, for $260,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,362 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $125,000.

Vitaly Tunkel and Raisa Rosovsky sold 6 Saw Mill Court to Richard and Marlene Cowan, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,080 square feet.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 30 Westminster Drive to Pedro Cruz, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $299,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,044 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $268,000.

Plantation Bay

Kenneth and Tracy Stys, of Ormond Beach, sold 824 Creekwood Drive to Ronald and Brenda Cameron, of Ormond Beach, for $569,900. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,118 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $339,700.

Quail Hollow

Michael and Holly Wehde, of Flagler Beach, sold 23 Lloyd Trail to Michael and Clara Coskren, of Palm Coast, for $317,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,719 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $154,000.

Seminole Woods

Watonya and Robert Leveque, of Braddock, Pennsylvania, sold 64 Sloganeer Trail to Peter and Marcelline Thomas, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,527 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $174,200.
