A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 30 to Feb. 5 in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Candy Weaver, of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, sold 3548 John Anderson Drive to Sunil and Varsha Bhatia, of Ormond Beach, for $1.28 million. Built in 1995, the house is a 4.3 with two half-baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat house and 4,032 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

What a Deal Homes LLC, of Walla Walla, Washington, sold 173 Heritage Circle to Darius Kelley and Erica Firouzadj, of Ormond Beach, for $690,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,672 square feet.

Teresa and Jeffrey Luther, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Ann Rustin Drive to Kristian and Sandra Kerr, of Palm Coast, for $500,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $365,000.

Montez Kaufman, of DeLand, sold 222 River Vale Lane to Dennis and Patricia Morgan, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,471 square feet.

David Stokes and Lisa Stokes, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and North Fort Myers, respectively, sold 102 Ivanhoe Drive to Brad and Ashley Crozier, of Scituate, Massachusetts, for $370,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,540 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $280,000.

Egol Investments LLC, of DeLand, sold 355 S. Orchard St. to Darryl and Patricia Isaac, of Ormond Beach, for $356,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,644 square feet.

Eduardo Madrigrano sold 127 Bosarvey Drive to Titus and Abigail McCotter, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1947, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,776 square feet.

James and Mary Burke, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Greenwood Ave. to Kenneth Mitchell, of Ocala, for $289,900. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,604 square feet.

Andrew St. Claire-Wojcinski and Katelyn Wojcinski sold 101 Fiesta Circle to Ryan Jenniges and Marife Anton, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,140 square feet.

Patrick and Nancy Gould, of Rockhill, South Carolina, sold 22 Park Terrace to Sally Armstrong, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,477 square feet. It sold in $163,900.

Suzanne Hagquist, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 N. St. Andrews Drive to Brian and Carmen Charlton, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/3.5 and has 2,439 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $233,000.

Carlos Caquias, of Ormond Beach, sold 55 Vining Court, Unit 1010, to Albert Cahill Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 930 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $74,000.

Andrew Dongoske, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Anthony Barone, of Ormond Beach, for $157,500. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 999 square feet.

Wendy Hale, of Woodland Hills, California, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 3150, to Lawrence Raynes, of Rocklin, California, for $135,000. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 932 square feet.

Claudette Haddad-McDonough, of Daytona Beach, sold 25 Coquina Ridge Way to Nadeem and Aliya Sheikh, of Ormond Beach, for $935,900. Built in 1999, the house is a 5/5 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 4,392 square feet.

Bhupendra and Jyotsna Soni, of Elgin, Illinois, sold 12 Abacus Ave. to William and Kathleen Lazarus, of Ormond Beach, for $432,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $288,000.

Pine Run

Gerald and Eloise Scheltens, of Ormond Beach, sold 123 Pine Tree Drive to John Bresnan, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,037 square feet.

Pineland

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 289 Sunset Point Drive to Lorraine McConahay, of Ormond Beach, for $374,650. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,319 square feet.

Rio Vista

Scott Fitzsimmons, as representative, and others sold 762 Buena Vista Ave. to William and Katherine Palisano, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, for $329,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,588 square feet.

The Trails

William and Kaye Johnson, of Ormond Beach, sold 410 Main Trail to Michael Ryan and Susan Hecht, of Ormond Beach, for $820,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 5/6 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 6,607 square feet.

Trails North 40

Wilma Forbes, of Ormond Beach, sold 118 Deer Lake Circle to Timothy and Marilyn O’Keefe, of Ormond Beach, for $291,500. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,463 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Anthony Hernandez sold 21 W. Maria St. to Mark and Christine Hoefert, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,237 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $192,900.

Michelle Anderson, Jennifer Smith and Howard Noeldechen, of Fort Mill, South Carolina, sold 156 Avalon Drive to Andre Bohren, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $229,900.

Denny Snyder, of Daytona Beach, sold 2600 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 211, to John and Christine Visser, of St. Johns, for $335,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,344 square feet.

Lesley MacMillan, of British Columbia, Canada, sold 135 Roberta Road to Lise Gregory and Kadence Otto, of Clyde, North Carolina, for $273,500. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 717 square feet

Lynda Woodruff, of Ormond Beach, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3140, to Elizabeth Wasilewsky, of Ormond Beach, for $194,900. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/1 and has 952 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $75,000.
