A condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 23-29 in the Multiple Listing Service. Donald Young, as trustee, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2F, to Julea Garner, as trustee, for $599,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,869 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $270,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Ronald and Virginia Ekins, individually and as trustees, sold 1 Willow Court to Adaline and Daniel Fuoco, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,820 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $178,000.

Dustin Olson sold 119 Ray Mar Drive to Terry and Marcia Willbanks, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $275,000.

Thomas and Margaret Allison, of Ormond Beach, sold 150 Kent Drive to Linda Rousell, of East Quogue, New York, for $385,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,640 square feet.

Jack and Teanna Avent, of Tamarac, sold 39 Parkview Lane to Patrice Flammia, of Ormond Beach, for $374,900. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,603 square feet.

Chesky Schlesinger sold 3 Arrowhead Drive to Robert and Norma Campbell, of Ponce Inlet, for $350,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,743 square feet.

David and Jennie Nawrocki, of Daytona Beach, sold 32 Stratford Place to Christina Calvo, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,770 square feet.

Roger Kelly and Denise O’Toole, of Ormond Beach, sold 275 S. Halifax Drive to Eric Yonce, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,139 square feet.

Theada Blackwell, of Tampa, sold 1725 Valencia Ave. to Shanan Mazelow, of Ormond Beach, for $149,636. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a barn and 1,000 square feet.

Kathie Rutkowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 2035 Jason St. to Louis and Valerie Guttman, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1972, the manufactured home is a 3/2 and has 972 square feet.

Christopher Dungan, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 Vining Court, Unit 5, to Brett and Pamela Ford, of Ormond Beach, for $113,500. Built in 1973, the condo is a 1/1 and has 525 square feet.

Clarence and Stephanie Thomas sold 105 Shadowcreek Way to Michael and Tammy Bong, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,694 square feet.

Leo and Betty Janas, individually and as trustees, sold 45 Coquina Ridge Way to Robert and Jo Beth Lockwood, as trustees, for $455,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,039 square feet.

Vincent McDermott, as trustee, sold 3394 Glenshane Way to Mark Gradolf and Melissa Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,108 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

James and Helen Couch, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Marsh Ridge Watch to Kenneth and Joann Perkins, and Winifred Perkins, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,409 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Rosemarie and Stephen Loose, of Vineland, New Jersey, sold 537 Aldenham Lane to Marissa Picucci and Timothy Bebout, of Ormond Beach, for $472,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,103 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $339,000.

Mario Maiorana, individually and as trustee, sold 426 Harbour Town Lane to Danny and Cheryl Barkley, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 2,316 square feet.

Michael and Denise Hunsicker, of Ormond Beach, sold 1301 Hansberry Lane to Linda Summerlin, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $219,500.

Optimal Offers LLC, of Orlando, sold 3777 Pine Pitch Court to Matthew and Paige Asper, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,380 square feet.

Tomoka Estates

Linda Bickmeyer sold 1112 Shockney Lane to Kelsey Pilati and Justin Willis, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,710 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Jean Crawford, of Holly Hill, sold 14 Island Cay Drive to Catherine Dale and Susan Sampson, of Denver, for $425,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,710 square feet.

William Ernsting, of Daytona Beach, sold 58 Aqua Vista Drive to Leoncio Encinas, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,346 square feet.

Brian and Leigh Hoover, of Orange City, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 410, to Nancy Pierce, of Ormond Beach, for $259,900. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $118,500.

Condo is Available LLC sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202B, to Michael and Ina Rock, of Ormond Beach, for $334,900. Built in 1987, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,370 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $225,000.

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 205, to Edward and Theresa Brennan, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $253,000.

James Little, of Fair Oaks, California, sold 134 Marlin Drive to Barry McManus and Amanda Haines, of Ormond Beach, for $319,900. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,131 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $123,500.
