A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 12-18 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony Mazza and Paula Peterson, of North Eastham, Massachusetts, sold 25 Sandpiper Lane to Michael and Victoria Munafo, of Cockeysville, Maryland, for $1.8 million. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 3,783 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Edgar and Donna McLean, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 614, to Terence and Gloria Cartwright, of Palm Coast, for $1.2 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $635,000.

Myrtha Hill, of Ormond Beach, sold 700 Canopy Walk, Unit 742, to John and Lucille Darienzo, of Palm Coast, for $451,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,377 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $278,000.

Jeffrey and Kelly Crabtree, of Clive, Iowa, sold 24 Sherbury Court, Unit 24, to Tada Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, for $215,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,098 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $81,300.

Armand Beach

John and Patricia Lahti, of Palm Coast, sold 35 Cottonwood Trail to Paul and Pamela Harney, of Pound Ridge, New York, for $721,725. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,975 square feet.

Raymond and Karen Rodriguez, of Palm Coast, sold 27 Princess Rose Drive to SFR JV-2 Property LLC, of Santa Ana, California, for $261,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,249 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Navuth Sun, of Palm Coast, sold 10 East Diamond Drive to Angel Cruz and Mariela Dominguez, of Palm Coast, for $352,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,974 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $187,000.

Daytona North

Luis and Jennifer Cordero, of Palm Coast, sold 2276 Guava Lane to Preston Moore and Suzanne Money, of Bunnell, for $360,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,732 square feet.

Flagler Beach

Daniel Warner, of Flagler Beach, sold 426 Lambert Ave. to Carlos and Isabel Varum, of Flagler Beach, for $1 million. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, swimming pool and 2,906 square feet.

R. Turner Lett, individually and as trustee, sold 78 Osprey Circle to Howard and Lisa Chodak, of Palm Coast, for $575,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,130 square feet.

John Wishman, of Derby, New York, sold 5 Ruth Drive to Michael and Eljean Marozzi, of Palm Coast, for $283,500. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,449 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $90,000.
