A beachside house was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 8-14 in the Multiple Listing Service. Ian Thompson, individually and as trustee, sold 311 John Anderson Drive to Alicia Fuentes, of Ormond Beach, for $1.36 million. Built in 1915, the house is a 5/3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 5,487 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Kristi Klein, individually and as trustee, sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1007, to Christian and Sherry Kast, of Ormond Beach, for $520,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.

Jessica Kelley-Bickford and Garey Bickford, of Ormond Beach, sold 46 Harvard Drive to Douglas and Sharon Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $487,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $235,000.

Blue Heaven Properties LLC, of Gainesville, Georgia, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 242, to Lynn and Brandon Groenhoff, of Apopka, for $349,850. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $192,000.

Halifax Plantation

Vivian Collins, of Ormond Beach, sold 3333 Westmeath Drive to Vlad Shepelev and Natalya Shepeleva, of Ormond Beach, for $545,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,250 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Roberta Gonzalez Jr. and Patricia Sanabria sold 160 Pergola Place to Tracey and Paul Shearman, of Ormond Beach, for $519,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,850 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $283,300.

Ormond Lakes

Meier and Debbie Wise sold 49 Indianhead Drive to Ronald Reed and Linda Pujdak, of Ridgeland, Mississippi, for $550,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,289 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $287,900.

Pine Trails

Rodney and Erika Ward sold 34 Ocean Pines Drive to HPA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $410,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,707 square feet.

Pineland

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 342 Sunset Point Drive to Andrew Temple, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 5/3 and has 2,601 square feet.

Athena Kaniaris and Anthony Chrysovergis sold 281 Sandoval Drive to Craig and Ann Kraatz, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,846 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Chris and Jolene Bullis, of Malta, New York, sold 1216 Hampstead Lane to Timothy and Belford Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $589,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,973 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $469,900.

Agostinho and Anabelle Santos, of Scituate, Rhode Island, sold 919 Brookridge Lane to Jay and Joan Feldman, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,607 square feet.

River Oaks

Deirdre Siebenaler sold 463 River Square Lane to HPFA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $424,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,059 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $338,000.

Laurene Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1008 Shockney Drive to Bryan and Jennifer Parke, as trustees, for $750,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,790 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $368,500.

Edwin and Denise Carter, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Cherokee Trail to Michael and Elena Gebert, of Ormond Beach, for $327,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,737 square feet.

William Reynolds, individually and as trustee, sold 3 Soco Trail to Brenda Morton, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,439 square feet.

Robyn Kamholtz, of Ormond Beach, sold 406 Black Oak Lane to Christopher Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, for $514,900. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,260 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $278,000.

Timothy and Molly Thompson, of Ormond Beach, sold 28 Baymeadow Court to Elizabeth and George Hoffman, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,794 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $209,500.

Cheryl McGriff, of Ormond Beach, sold 247 Woodstock Court to Frederick and Jaline Chapin, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,589 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $225,000.

Vito Foto, Emanuele Foto and Anthony Foto, of Yorktown Heights, New York, sold 915 Woodstream Lane to David and Natalie Gordon, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,761 square feet.

John and Kathleen Patterson, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Sea Raven Terrace to David and Marcia Cavanaugh, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,535 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $399,900.

Alma More, of Holly Hill, sold 28 N. Oakview Circle to Bonnie Cordiner, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,492 square feet.

Gregory Jolley, as trustee, sold 2790 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 7N, to The Aquarian Group LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1968, the condo is a 2/1 and has 837 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $137,000.
