A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 5-11 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert Cervenka, individually and as trustee, sold 530 Cinnamon Beach Lane to HLP Holdings V LLC, of Sandy, Utah, for $2.9 million. Built in 2013, the house is a 7/7/2 and has a swimming pool, shared dune walk, elevator and 5,158 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $1.8 million. Jennifer and Wesley Zwirn, of Athens, Georgia, sold 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 725, to Neil Szymczak, of Ponte Vedra, for $820,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $725,000.

Phi Thuy Nguyen LLC, of Grenta, Louisiana, sold 85 Riverview Bend S., Unit 1532, to David and Dianna Fahrenkrug, of Phoenix, Arizona, for $350,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,283 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $240,000.

Maryann Snyder, of Palm Coast, sold 50 Club House Drive, Unit 103, to Donald and Deborah Moretti, of Boca Raton, for $159,000. Built in 1977, the condo is a 1/1 and has 665 square feet.
