A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of April 24-30 in the Multiple Listing Service. Jeffrey Lodge and Kyna Graus-Zimmerman, individually and as trustees, sold 3662 John Anderson Drive to Tank and Willie LLC, of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, for $1,165,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,741 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $847,500. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Paul Porter Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 711 Pineland Trail to Dina Maru and Allen McClimon, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, barn and 1,379 square feet.

James and Jill Faul sold 2 St. Marks Circle to Mark Melnick and Allison Klein, of Ormond Beach, for $545,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,072 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $220,500.

David Durante, of Franklin Park, Illinois, sold 259 S. Old Kings Road to Raymond and Tammy Lindsay, of Ormond Beach, for $503,000. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,866 square feet.

Jennifer and Lewis Ellmer, of Lakeland, sold 45 Live Oak Ave. to William and Sirena Sedat, of Ormond Beach, for $457,500. Built in 1952, the house is a 4/2 and has two fireplaces and 2,882 square feet.

Joseph and Goldie Wells sold 32 Brookwood Drive to Peter Valente, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,014 square feet.

Chandler Phillips and Jonathan Hodge, of Ormond Beach, sold 70 Chrysanthemum Drive to Jay and Ginger Darlington, for $400,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,474 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 333 Sunset Point Drive to Jose Mejias and Jasmine Torres, of Ormond Beach, for $380,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 5/3 and has 2,601 square feet.

Karen Mathewson, individually and as representative, sold 74 Lucky Drive to Stephan Petzold and Florian Petzold, of Ormond Beach, for $322,392. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,256 square feet.

Goodwin Properties Group LLC, of Fremont, California, sold 251 Laws Lane to Shenoula and Rehan Nasralla, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,552 square feet.

The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 414 S. Ridgewood Ave. to CGPP Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $229,250. Built in 1950, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,738 square feet.

Lars and Kristin Nelson, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Tomoka Ridge Way to Brenda Farrens, of Ormond Beach, for $808,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,254 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

Eugene Moriarty and Courtney Hyatt-Moriarty, of Ormond Beach, sold 3260 Grafton Drive to Shirley Fafette, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $233,100.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 2892 Monaghan Drive to Patrice Conner, of Ormond Beach, for $380,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,028 square feet.

Oak Forest

David and Roberta Bech, of Bend, Oregon, sold 5 Bridget Terrace to Courtney and Antonio Bell, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,786 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $249,900.

Plantation Bay

Judith and Patrick Durrenmatt, of Suttons Bay, Michigan, sold 1241 Harwick Lane to Gerald and Pauline Bogert, of Ormond Beach, for $626,000. Built in 2011, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,176 square feet. It sold in January for $546,500.

Semoran Village Inc., of Sanford, sold 1329 Hansberry Lane to Stephen Elmore, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2009, the townhouse is a 2/3 and has 1,604 square feet.

Reflections Village

Jose Colon, of Hopeland, New Jersey, sold 22 Old Macon Drive to Ramona Kaplan and Kathleen Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $339,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $236,000.

The Trails

David Brandt, individually and as trustee, sold 2 Pueblo Trail to Joseph and Nicole Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $614,900. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,654 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $345,500.

Craig and Cherilyn Beverly, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Soco Trail to Michelle Main and James Sullenbarger, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,439 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

William and Erica Kirk, of Ormond Beach, sold 53 S. St. Andrews Drive to Daniel and Sonya Soldevilla, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 5/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,876 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $295,000.

Leslie and Kara Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Clydesdale Drive to Ke Xu, of Ormond Beach, for $406,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,039 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $290,000.

Elaine Sipe, individually and as trustee, sold 7 W. Sea Harbor Drive to Sun Shelley Investments LLC, of Mount Dora, for $456,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,378 square feet.

Brian Smith and LaDonna Butterfield, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Rivocean Drive to Stephen Power, of Whitman, Massachusetts, for $425,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,062 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $278,000.

Ezra and Joshua Mead, of Ponte Vedra, sold 48 Alamanda Drive to Cheryl and Robby Rockwell, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 892 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $160,000.
