Condo sells for $2.75 million

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of June 9-15 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Robert and Mary English, of Palm Coast, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 401, to Mark and Theresa Bonney, of Palm Coast, for $2.75 million. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,283 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Joseph Mullins, of Bunnell, sold 1601 N. Central Ave., Unit 202, to John and Courtney Davis, of Palm Coast, for $405,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,215 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $305,000.

Linda Schneider, individually and as trustee, sold 48 Club House Drive, Unit 108, to Oscar Carranza and Monica Lara, of Palm Coast, for $169,900. Built in 1977, the condo is a 2/2 and has 986 square feet.

Armand Beach

Glenn and Loretta Ramsey sold 87 Solee Road to Mark and Sandra Colatrella, of Palm Coast, for $1,205,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,138 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $520,000.

Charles and Deborah Nettles, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Susan Place to James and Lauren Tipton, of Camarillo, California, for $850,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,839 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $395,000.

Belle Terre

DLP Homes LLC, of St. Augustine, sold 2 Preston Lane to Robert Reis and Michelle Weber, of Woodstock, Illinois, for $355,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,682 square feet.

Eagle Lakes

Vordanis and Lisset Gonzalez sold 14 Turtle Ridge Drive to Carol Fabel and William Moss Jr., of Jacksonville, for $440,500. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,145 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $274,900.

Grand Haven

Bruce and Elin Anderson, individually and as trustees, sold 14 Grandview Drive to Leopard Properties Group LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $560,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,281 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $305,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 708 Grand Reserve Drive to Donald and Laurene Scripter, of Bunnell, for $298,990. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,699 square feet.

Flagler Beach

Sunshine State Real Estate LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 211 S. 5th St. to David and Lina Vulakh, and John and Laura Chinofsky, of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, for $625,000. Built in 1950, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,040 square feet.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold 24 Butternut Drive to Oksana Kuzmuk, of Palm Coast, for $377,900. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,680 square feet.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 34 Barrister Lane to Angelique Carlson, of Palm Coast, for $249,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,284 square feet.

Patricia Bacher, of Altoona, sold 18 Clinton Court S. to Barbara Turner, of Palm Coast, for $555,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/3 and has a boat dock, swimming pool and 2,154 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $215,000.

Hector Alonzo and Susana DeAlonzo, of Nantucket, Massachusetts, sold 50 Black Bear Lane to Joshua and Megan Benham, of Palm Coast, for $285,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,769 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $165,000.
