Ocean Shore Blvd. to Kevin and Michele McKay, of Oregon City, Oregon, for $1,225,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, elevator and 3,097 square feet. GSWHB LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 806, to Michael and Patsy Myers, of Palm Coast, for $750,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet.

Hanns Kohl, individually and as trustee, sold 1100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1125, to James Schuppenhauer, of Palm Coast, for $435,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,712 square feet.

Armand Beach

Timothy and Olivia Carpenter, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, sold 56 Armand Beach Drive to Rebecca Bassett and Michael Bufo Jr., of Kennebunk, Maine, for $565,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,428 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $207,500.
