The Rotary Club of Flagler Beach's Stars and Stripes holiday parade brought flag-waving marchers and floats festooned in red, white and blue to State Road A1A the morning of July 4.
The parade began at 10 a.m., and detours were in place for almost two hours as police officers and volunteers helped with traffic flow.
Parade awardees included: Knights of Columbus, for the Best Overall Stars and Stripes award; the Dog Bar, for Best Walking Display; Climbing Otter Tree Service, for the Judges' Choice award; and Seawolf Privateers, for Best Spirit.
