A pool home in Toscana was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 26 to June 1 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. William and Alisha Thompson, of Richmond, Virginia, sold 6 New Oak Leaf Drive to Eric and Cheryl Jones, of Palm Coast, for $1,050,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,741 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $729,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Robert and Susan Douglas, of Wilmette, Illinois, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 617, to Sivasupiramaniam and Mekala Sriharan, of Gainesville, for $650,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,455 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $320,000.
