Home on the Halifax sells for $1.4 million

A John Anderson Drive home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 19-25 in the Multiple Listing Service. Daniel and Virginia Lawrence, of Ormond Beach, sold 276 John Anderson Drive to Robin Arora and Shweta Kathuria, of Huntington, West Virginia, for $1.4 million. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has two fireplaces, a boat dock and 4,295 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Adam LaMee, individually and as trustee, sold 280 S. Halifax Drive to Richard and China Bowyer, of Ormond Beach, for $688,250. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,620 square feet.

Gholam Ghassedi and Marielaina France-Ghassedi, of Flagler Beach, sold 109 Ivanhoe Drive to Dori Morgan, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,446 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $245,000.

Robert Johnson Jr. and Alton Gore, of Las Vegas, sold 480 N. Halifax Drive to Alexander Williams and Melia Crosby, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,646 square feet.

Joshua and Beth Sonneborn, of Ormond Beach, sold 63 Neptune Ave. to Amber Mirabella, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/1 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,144 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $138,000.

Ronnie and Tina Owens, and Sara Buzzard, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Oak Ave. to Thomas and Debra Harshman, and Marion Young, of New Smyrna Beach, for $329,900. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,860 square feet. It sold in May for $237,000.

Gregg Gardner, of Ormond Beach, sold 1259 Gallaten Road to Larkin Street Homes LLC, of San Francisco, for $280,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $158,500.

Offerpad LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 672 Cordova Ave. to Jacob Slingluff and Crystal Welch, of Ormond Beach, for $217,900. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 999 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $153,000.

Bumblebee Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 1723 Avenue B to Ronald and Kimberly Cawley, of Oakley, California, for $38,000. Built in 1955, the currently non-habitable manufactured home is a 2/1 and has 320 square feet.

Chelsea Place

William and Joan Rowe, of Ormond Beach, sold 460 Chelsea Place Ave. to Michael and Coleen McDonough, as trustees, for $468,000. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $240,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Dale and Michele Traficante, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Huntsman Look to Kevin and Rochelle Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $630,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,242 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 39 Lakecliff Drive to Lakecliff Land Trust Corp., as trustee, for $583,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,709 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $309,000.

Plantation Bay

Oliver Evans and Ellen Jordan-Evans, of Palm Coast, sold 763 Aldenham Lane to Sandra Canon, of Ormond Beach, for $352,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $250,600.

Randall Donovan, of Ormond Beach, sold 1225 Kilkenny Court to Dwala Canon, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,081 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $239,800.

Woodmere

John and Karen Lapointe, of Ormond Beach, sold 1033 Parkwood Drive to Barry and Denise Johnson, of Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire, for $349,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,518 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Benjamin and Rachael Lindbloom, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 106 Coquina Key Drive to Michael and Kristen Simone, of Carmel, New York, for $1,088,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/4.5 and has two fireplaces, an elevator, swimming pool and 3,513 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $871,000.

Billy and Monique Foley, of Pembroke Pines, sold 2384 John Anderson Drive to Kent Stuckey, of Ormond Beach, for $975,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 1,758 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $525,000.

Richard and Sandra Gosch, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Seabridge Drive to John and Laura Warren, as trustees, for $957,919. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace and 3,076 square feet.

Joseph and Noreen Fischer, of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 401, to Peggy and Will Harrison, of Greenbrae, California, for $669,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $420,000.

Helen and Matthew Perry, of Fernandina, sold 3728 Egret Dunes Drive to Brent and Christina Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $580,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,090 square feet.

Brian and Jean Klauss, of The Villages, sold 18 Upper Cay Drive to Robert Kohon Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $389,900. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,466 square feet.

Debra Komins, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Alamanda Drive to Lisa Wallace, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,488 square feet.

Teresa Johns, of Newberry, sold 57 Concord Drive to Frank and Patricia Wasko, of Ormond Beach, for $337,500. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,025 square feet.

Mickie Comiskey, Rick Atkinson Sr., Bobby Atkinson, Cynthia Cathey and Ashlea Rombach, of Houston, sold 1220 Riverbreeze Blvd. to Alexander Sidoti, Alphonse Sidoti and Lorri Sodoti for $325,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,328 square feet.

Kathi Cobb and John Beber sold 57 Hibiscus Drive to William Funchion, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 930 square feet.
