A house in Ocean Hammock was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 25 to Dec. 1 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Lyle Sumek and Julie Jergens-Sumek, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 9 Flagship Court to Victor and Linda Corrigan, of Palm Coast, for $2,358,810. Built in 2009, the house is a 5/5.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 8,194 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Bernard and Melissa Falco, of Lake Mary, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 607, to Jill Enright, of Ontario, Canada, for $690,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet. It sold in April for $524,000.

 

Stephen and Jeanne Mager, of Palm Coast, sold 106 Club House Drive, Unit 212, to George and Neil Wilke, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $459,000. Built in 2004, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,414 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $286,300.

 

Denise Vollkommer, individually and as trustee, sold 15 Mid Pines Circle, Unit 15, to Inge Quay, of Palm Coast, for $190,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $66,000.

 

Cypress Knoll

Nelson and Donna Rutledge sold 71 Eastwood Drive to Michael and Ana Pryor, of Palm Coast, for $505,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,599 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $295,000.

 

Patrick and Mary Burns, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Eastgate Lane to Frank and Dawn Matullo, of Ortley Beach, New Jersey, for $445,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,503 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 81 Birdie Way to Matthew and Velinda Russo, of Bunnell, for $353,635. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,986 square feet.

Thomas and Ingi Labbancz, of New Bern, North Carolina, sold 24 Rosecroft Lane to Linda Tapogna, of Palm Coast, for $335,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,750 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $220,000.

 

Matanzas Woods

Demarius and Toni Allen, of Palm Coast, sold 6 Lynbrook Drive to Opendoor Property C LLC, of Tempe, Arizona, for $334,200. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,521 square feet.

 

Palm Harbor

Mint Investment Group LLC, of Parkland, sold 41 Florida Park Drive to Michael and Stephanie Didona, of Palm Coast, for $565,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,098 square feet.

Christopher and Erica Rabatin, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Seaton Valley Path to Eric and Ingrid Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $281,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,500 square feet.
