A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 28 to Dec. 4 in the Multiple Listing Service. Brian and Carol Yoon, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Oak Knoll Way to Laikhunnisa Aziz, of Daytona Beach for $810,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 6/5.5 and has three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 5,054 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $490,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Carol Guinaugh, individually and as trustee, sold 1503 Poplar Drive to Michael and Angela Roundtree, of Ormond Beach, for $537,500. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,450 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $359,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 240 Sunset Point Drive to Fred and Nicole Gilmour, of Ormond Beach, for $337,500. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,101 square feet.

Ian and Cassandra Gordon, of Ormond Beach, sold 91 Hickory Hills Circle to Francine Quesada, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,418 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $177,000.

Allen Eichhorn, of Bunnell, sold 80 Bella Vita Way to Warren and Melea Moore, of Daytona Beach, for $260,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,736 square feet.

Kimberly Landis and Kelly Young, as trustees, sold 3622 Mallow Drive to Clint and Crystal Szumal, of Ormond Beach, for $549,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,542 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $355,000.

James Hendershot and Mary Zeleski, of Little Switzerland, North Carolina, sold 3111 Inishmore Drive to Ibrahim Mian, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,594 square feet.
