A condo in Hammock Beach was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 20-26 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Nagiba Habashi, Susane Habashi-Ahigian and Nader Habashi, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 914, to Thomas Finizio, Sr., as trustee, for $1.1 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/3 and has 2,179 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $850,000. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

Robert and Patricia Redd, of Palm Coast, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 708, to RUF Investor LLC, of Tampa, for $625,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3 and has 1,676 square feet.

 

Abelardo and Veronica Rodriguez, of Bunnell, sold 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 224, to Shelby B LLC, of East Boston, Massachusetts, for $190,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,125 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $263,000.

 

Belle Terre

Vitaliy Kirchev, Svetlana Molokava and Galina Gursoy sold 6 Pennsy Place to Michael and Alexandra Ishenko, as trustees, for $430,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,590 square feet.

 

Shirley Simmons sold 338 Parkview Drive to Shane and Etta Megonigle, of Palm Coast, for $318,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,600 square feet.

 

Cypress Knoll

Rasul Guliyev and Elmira Koulieva, of Palm Coast, sold 95 Ethan Allen Drive to Alex and Alena Kreychman, of Palm Coast, for $510,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,144 square feet.

 

Annesley and Padhmini Gunawardhane, of Mortongrove, Illinois, sold 33 Edge Lane to Jose and Beatriz Gonzalez, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,044 square feet.

Robert Ewing, of Flagler Beach, sold 325 N. 8th St. to Giovanni and Andrea Melgar, of Flagler Beach, for $585,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,367 square feet.

Janice Smith, of Palm Coast, sold 34 Jasmine Drive to Brandy and Roger Finley, of Palm Coast, for $665,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,873 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $434,000.

Jason Rhodes sold 118 Grand Reserve Drive to Megan Branstiter, of Bunnell, for $354,900. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,991 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $269,600.

LGI Homes Florida LLC, of The Woodlands, sold 24 Red Birch Drive to Rocio Herdoiza and Victor Alvarez, of Palm Coast, for $307,900. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,463 square feet.

 

Linda Vanausdale, of Jacksonville, sold 3 Ryerton Place to Robert Dornberg, as trustee, for $288,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,608 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $155,000.

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 25 Ludlow Lane to Daniel and Carol Prater, of Palm Coast, for $335,434. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,864 square feet.

Andrea Thompson, of Palm Coast, sold 2317 S. Flagler Ave. to Anthony and Leann Almeida, of Flagler Beach, for $535,000 Built in 1986, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,496 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $336,000.

 

Palm Harbor

Delores Hamm, of Stallings, North Carolina, sold 92 Cimmaron Drive to Walter and Terry Coker, of Palm Coast, for $682,500. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock, boathouse, swimming pool and 2,207 square feet.

 

Maronda Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 41 Felter Lane to Andrey and Irina Kukharets, of Palm Coast, for $379,900. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,988 square feet.

 

Fernanda Nunes, of Palm Coast, sold 81 Florida Park Drive to Phillip and Emily Kyle, of Livonia, New York, for $232,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,470 square feet.

Eric Suhr, Betsy Lewis, Wendy Dolfi, Susan Morris, Christine Suhr and Linda Stuczko sold 38 Blakeport Lane to Christin and Cassia Colucci, of Palm Coast, for $278,400. Built in 1982, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,920 square feet.
