A Riverside Drive home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 16-22 in the Multiple Listing Service. Larry Marsh, as trustee, sold 626 Riverside Drive to Pedro Mascaro and Elizabeth Hevert, of Ormond Beach, for $1,851,075. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/3.2 and has a swimming pool and 5,298 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Sharon Sardella and Kevin Parshley, of Palm Coast, sold 171 Ellicott Drive to Michael and Rebekah Blakley, of Ormond Beach, for $515,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $196,000.

Kenneth and Marguerite Hurt sold 863 Loyola Drive to Richard and Deborah Stanley, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,866 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $285,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Ocala, sold 25 Trailmark Court to Yanir and Amandine Maidenberg, of Ormond Beach, for $411,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 5/3 and has 2,601 square feet.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 85 Trailmark Court to Richard Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $406,490. Built in 2021, the house is a 5/3 and has 2,601 square feet.

Debra Metzger, of Savannah, Georgia, sold 44 Woodsong Lane to Zachary Prescott and Amber Martinez, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,650 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $234,900.

Joann Dimitroff-Wittenborn sold 9 Pine Shadows Trail to Janice Peretti, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,244 square feet.

Dennis Morgan Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Park Place to Kathleen Haynes, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1983, the town house is a 2/2 and has 1,477 square feet.

Edith Baronian and Kate Roberts, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold 438 Yonge St. to Robert and Alicia Nyborg, of Fayetteville, Georgia, for $195,000. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/1 and has 957 square feet.

Brent Reed, of Crystal River, sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 4090, to J&MT Properties LLC, of Tampa, for $135,000. Built in 1987, the condotel has 379 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $91,000.

Carol Ryba, of Columbus, Ohio, sold 3305 Glenshane Way to Karen Murray, of Ormond Beach, for $363,500. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,702 square feet.

Christian and Gezzilly Cartagena, of Boca Raton, sold 3323 Bailey Ann Drive to Margaret Duerson, as trustee, for $360,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,687 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

John and Janet Redman, individually and as trustees, sold 50 Thornhill Chase Circle to Ronald Rahrig Jr., as trustee, for $500,500. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,208 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Gary and Lois Lindsay, of Venice, sold 1241 Harwick Lane to Patrick and Judith Durrenmatt, of Ormond Beach, for $546,500. Built in 2011, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,176 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $388,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Glen and Ellen Berger sold 2575 John Anderson Drive to Kelley and Jonathan Eckert, of Ormond Beach, for $710,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,648 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $473,900.

Stephen and Sara Keen, of Ormond Beach, sold 1783 John Anderson Drive to Bradley Scott II, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,693 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $347,000.

Melynne Rust, of Ormond Beach, sold 114 Heron Dunes Drive to Stephen and Mary Hayman, as trustees, for $588,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,826 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $339,000.

Ray of Sunshine Rentals LLC, of Coatesville, Indiana, sold 126 Avalon Drive to Caleb and Cristina Piper, of Coatesville, for $570,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 1,968 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $345,000.

Timothy and Roberta Lynch, of Ocala, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 6040, to Larry and Gay Wynn, of Naples, for $475,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $312,000.

Barbara Fromberger, of Hamblen, Tennessee, sold 2290 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2040, to Angela Noel, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,121 square feet.

Judith Hartmann, of Gardena, California, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 83, to Nancy and Nicholas Owens, of North Port, for $235,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,252 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $150,000.

U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Drive, Unit 75, to Erik Carlson, of Ormond Beach, for $160,759. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,214 square feet.

Patricia Tregoning, of Germantown, Maryland, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3150, to Claudiu and Diane Golas, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, for $157,500. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/1.5 and has 952 square feet.
