A house featuring a dune walk was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 13-19 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Custom Home Builders and Construction LLC, of Indialantic, sold 3913 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to 3913 NOSB LLC, of Athens, Georgia, for $1.55 million. Built in 2022, the house is a 6/4.5 and has a shared dune walk and 4,564 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condos

 

Michael Bianculli sold 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 306, to Daniel and Karen Dean, of Palm Coast, for $1.45 million. Built in 2006, the condo is a 4/3.5 and has 3,070 square feet.

 

Harry and Gay Hasty, of Palm Coast, sold 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 424, to Russell and Misty House, of Maryville, Tennessee, for $525,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,425 square feet.

 

George Carey, of E. Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, sold 14 Summer Terrace, Unit 14, to Joseph Kellogg, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $183,000.

 

Belle Terre

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 32 Princeton Lane to Stephanie and CJ Nelson, of Palm Coast, for $273,990. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,806 square feet.

 

Bunnell Development Co.

Bracewell Enterprises LLC, of Bunnell, sold 506 E. Lambert St. E. to Elizabeth McGowan, of Brunswick, Georgia, for $250,000. Built in 1937, the house is a 1/2 and has 840 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $39,900.

 

Cypress Knoll

Janet Gallman, of St. Augustine, sold 20 Easterly Place to Marc and Benise Laurore, and Emmanuel Duvelsaint, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,355 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $215,000.

 

Fuquay

Thea Lemire, individually and as representative, sold 2005 S. Flagler Ave. to Lori and Stephen Chaconas, of Flagler Beach, for $460,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,324 square feet.

 

George Moody

Joseph and Judith Knapp, of Melrose, sold 311 7th St. N. to Troy and Kaelan DeMelo, of North Dartmouth, Massachusetts, for $420,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,160 square feet.

 

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

Joseph Paccione, of Bunnell, sold 137 Lakeside Court to Mary Slaughter, of Bunnell, for $349,500. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,711 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $187,300.

 

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 693 Grand Reserve Drive to Miguel Sanchez, of Bunnell, for $275,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,698 square feet.

 

Hammock Dunes

Elaine Bowman, individually and as trustee, sold 18 San Gabriel Lane to Jennifer and Frank Buquicchio, of Palm Coast, for $1.4 million. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,296 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $835,000.

 

Doug Egem, of Naples, sold 14 Via Roma to Beverly and Francis Hannold, of Palm Coast, for $675,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,662 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $425,000.

Ralph and Janice Garcia, of Brookwood, Alabama, sold 115 Beechwood Lane to Joseph Nelson and Angela Houston, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,060 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $179,900.

 

Lehigh Woods

M&M Dawn LLC sold 19 Rockwell Lane to Michael and Angela Rohr, of Palm Coast, for $361,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,801 square feet.

 

Roseann Sanchez, of Bunnell, sold 39 Rae Drive to Robert and Gloria Brown, of Palm Coast, for $255,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,075 square feet.

 

Palm Coast

Lynn Schrum, as guardian, sold 63 Boston Lane to Kimberly Sunshine, as trustee, for $315,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,010 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $128,200.

 

Palm Harbor

Frederick Elsner III, of Palm Coast, sold 112 N. Florida Park Drive to William Owens III and Kelly Lovely-Owens, of Palm Coast, for $376,900. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,006 square feet.

 

Robert and Lauren Gibbs, of Afton, Virginia, sold 70 Farragut Drive to Lori Lameo, of Palm Coast, for $186,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,292 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $139,000.

 

Pebble Beach Village

Frederick Thompson, of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, sold 58 Pebble Beach Circle to James Rigdon, of Flagler Beach, for $386,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,574 square feet.

 

Pine Grove

Dimitri Trasybule sold 43 Point Pleasant Drive to David Gonzalez, of Peoria, Arizona, for $278,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,619 square feet.

 

Pine Lakes

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 16 Warwick Place to John Shordone for $227,900. Built in 1990, the house is a 2/2 and has 964 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $200,000.

 

Plantation Bay

Zachary Miller sold 25 Magnolia Circle to Jeffrey and Kimberley Duncan, of Ormond Beach, for $538,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,628 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $410,000.

 

Quail Hollow

Clarence and Dawn Compton, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Zorro Court to Eufracia Mejia and Omar Ceron, of Palm Coast, for $439,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,941 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $319,500.

 

Sawmill Creek

Mandi Barrett and Thomas Brady, of Palm Coast, sold 71 Rivertown Road to Gerard and Jacqueline Joyce, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,040 square feet.
