Oceanfront, penthouse condo tops the sales list

A condo in the Aliki Atrium was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 9-15 in the Multiple Listing Service. Walter and Kathleen Kraslawsky sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit PH 1, to Shyamsunder Sabat, of Gainesville, for $887,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/4.5 and has 2,790 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $396,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

New Cabot Properties Ltd., of Daytona Beach, sold 354 Fir St. to Tyler and Hannah Lawson, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1967, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,362 square feet.

Edgar and Laurel Foley sold 351 Collins St. to Sara Whaley, of Ormond Beach, for $241,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/1 and has a swimming pool and 1,290 square feet.

Rene Rivas and Graziela De Souza, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Wildwood Trail to Ivan and Olivera Mihajlovik, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,551 square feet.

Arbor Lakes

X10 Belles LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Arbor Lake Park to Telia Hazell, individually and as trustee, for $173,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 931 square feet.

Northbrook

Meredith Jones sold 1306 Wandering Oaks Drive to Troy and Jessica Meeks, of Ormond Beach, for $361,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,940 square feet.

Ocean Village

Michael Selby and Melisa McDaniel, of Green Cove Springs, sold 167 Cardinal Drive, Unit A, to Matthew and Elizabeth Finnegan, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, for $217,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Felipe and Millicent Portocarrero, of Ormond Beach, sold 115 Squirrel Lane to Nicole Korianski and Patrick Gillen, of Ormond Beach, for $650,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,803 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Hunter Temple, of Newark, Delaware, sold 1393 Sunningdale Lane to Robert Blanchard and Robert Blanchard Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,761 square feet.

Semoran Vista Inc., of Sanford, sold 1327 Hansberry Lane to Laura and Stephen Kushmaul, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2009, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $157,500.

Spring Meadows

Roger and Angela Jones, of Daytona Beach, sold 10 Sweetmeadow Court to Alison Denzel, of Ormond Beach, for $465,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,541 square feet.

The Trails

Lillian Dent, individually and as trustee, sold 18 Rio Pinar Trail to Paul and Noris Tregoning, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,964 square feet.

Oletta Schultz and Phyllis Edwards sold 330 Timberline Trail to Nicole and Krzysztof Skorka, of Ormond Beach, for $271,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,724 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $189,500.

Tymber Creek

Mickey Snow, of Ormond Beach, sold 166 Summerhill Court to Frank Stankus, of Daytona Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,336 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Thomas and Beth Fisher, of Ocala, sold 1575 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 401, to Whiskey City Development LLC, of Harrison, Ohio, for $429,900. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $180,000.

D. Robert Milne, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Kathy Drive to Richard and Debra Scheffe, of Ormond Beach, for $369,900. Built in 1969, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,350 square feet.

Gordon and Lynette McLaren sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2030, to Anne-Frances Katasak and Heather Jacobson, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1983, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,275 square feet.

David Bird, of Ruskin, sold 60 Seacrest Drive to Charles Mitchell, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/2 and has 800 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $155,000.

Dennis and Mary Jo Jakovac, of Ormond Beach, sold 2750 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 460, to Timothy and Diane Bartos, of Ormond Beach, for $267,500. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $185,000.

Cashable Investments LLC, of Holly Hill, sold 62 River Shore Drive to Roger and Molly Bastien, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1 and has 882 square feet.
