A fully-furnished house was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 6-12 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Utah Limited Liability Co., of Riverton, Utah, and others sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive to John Crandall Jr., of Laconia, New Hampshire, for $1,175,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,881 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $636,800. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

 

Condo

 

Michael Gore and Lorie O’Neill, of Spring, Texas, sold 146 Palm Coast Resort Blvd., Unit 806, to Donna Kirsch, of Palm Coast, for $695,000. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 3,406 square feet.

 

Belle Terre

Anthonius Vollering, individually and as trustee, sold 81 Panorama Drive to Andrea Prevatte and Akos Parge, of Palm Coast, for $309,900. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,379 square feet.

 

Gregory Miller, as trustee, sold 25 Panorama Drive to Charles Umpenhour, of Palm Coast, for $195,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,471 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $78,800.

 

Cypress Knoll

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Eagle Harbor Trail to Veronica Porta and Edwina Porta, of Palm Coast, for $524,900. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/2/2 and has 2,423 square feet.

 

Orville and Jacqueline Troesch, of Spring Hill, sold 11 Eight Iron Place to Charles and JoAnn Lamb, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,347 square feet.

Michael Del Vesco, individually and as representative, sold 9 Ibis Court S. to Marina and Sergy Antonishin, of Palm Coast, for $525,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,417 square feet.

John and Ann Butler, of Atlantic Beach, sold 25 Ocean Oaks Lane to Caesar and Monica Campana, and Selma Klettke, of Palm Coast, for $810,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/3.5 and has 2,723 square feet.

Charles and Kathleen Summa sold 14 Seminole Ave. to Allewis and Tania Greninger, of Palm Coast, for $376,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,234 square feet.

Frankie Matthews, of Tallahassee, sold 16 Richardson Drive to Yeinier Arana and Yessica Leon, of Palm Coast, for $325,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,115 square feet.

 

Saundra Wilson, as trustee, sold 35 Royal Palm Lane to Paul and Coleen Gilchrist, of Walker, Iowa, for $260,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,944 square feet.

Nicholas and Kathy Spinelli, of Daytona Beach, sold 40 S. Riverwalk Drive to Karl Kalb and Zhongyun Guo, of Herndon, Virginia, for $640,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,363 square feet.

 

Palm Harbor

Frank and Marilyn Glowczewskie, of Palm Coast, sold 30 Cortes Court to Farhad and Mitra Tehrani, of Woodstock, Georgia, for $765,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/3/2 and has a boat dock, swimming pool and 3,490 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $480,000.

Edward and Cheryl Turner, of Gray, Georgia, sold 7 Bleau Court to Denelle Henry, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,826 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $219,400.
