Five-bedroom pool homes tops the sales list at $1.35 million

A house near Riverbend Acres was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 26 to Jan. 1 in the Multiple Listing Service. Eric and Vanessa Lewis, of Oakton, Virginia, sold 260 Treeline Lane to Neil and Shelley Stroud, of Ormond Beach, for $1.35 million. Built in 2008, the house is a 5/7.5 and has three fireplaces, a swimming pool and 6,292 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $850,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Daniel Vera and Camila Cuevas, of Flagler Beach, sold 340 Sitka Court for $437,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,807 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $270,000.

Shirley and Sam Cavaretta sold 12 Boxwood Court to HPA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $415,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,252 square feet.

Alton and Mara Badger, of Ormond Beach, sold 262 S. Orchard St. to Canisteo Valley Rentals LLC, of Canisteo, New York, for $387,500. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, separate apartment and 1,884 square feet.

Arthur Jones, as representative, sold 848 N. Halifax Drive to Jeanine Venables, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,790 square feet.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 6 Forest Oak Drive to Ebony Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,006 square feet.

Murshid Abdel-Latif, of Morgantown, West Virginia, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 0301, to Steven and Gail Herrington, of Quincy, Illinois, for $349,000. Built in 1972, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $215,000.

Janine Papavero and Gregory Goeri, individually and as trustees, sold 66 Broadmoor Circle to Silvia Postel and Christopher Bonhote, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,288 square feet.

Joan Mead, of Ormond Beach, sold 596 N. Nova Road, Unit 309, to Valerie Zielenski, of Gloucester, Virginia, for $215,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,312 square feet.

Cromwell Co. LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 145 Hand Ave. to Mark Lukasik, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 952 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $75,000.

Leanora Bassett sold 240 Orange Grove Drive, Unit B, to Tina Gill, of Ormond Beach, for $184,200. Built in 1988, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,239 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $80,000.

Tracy Felix, of Ormond Beach, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 318, to Tina Owens and Sara Buzzard, of Ormond Beach, for $146,000. Built in 1976, the condo is a 2/2 and has 932 square feet. It sold in May for $121,000.

Richard Brown, of Ormond Beach, sold 92 Deep Woods Way to Thomas and Debra Lyster, of Ormond Beach, for $618,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,974 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

John and Elaine Janosko sold 3131 Kailani Court to Joseph Zaleski, of Ormond Beach, for $299,990. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,684 square feet.

Northbrook

Sandra Rivera, of Ormond Beach, sold 1107 Overbrook Drive to Jeremiah Detablan and Briley Barrett, of Daytona Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,353 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $90,000.

Ormond Terrace

Lizy Verhees sold 450 Mcintosh Road to Christina Sorrels, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,736 square feet.

Ormond Lakes

Kerry Hayes sold 32 Lakebluff Drive to William and Ruth Bethea, and Mary Krausman, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,459 square feet.

Rebecca Dohrman, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Timucuan Drive to Jason and Kelly Knight, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,569 square feet.

Frances McNerney, individually and as trustee, sold 908 Brookridge Lane to Maureen and Marti Ford, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,935 square feet.

Shadow Crossings

David and Fleurette Romeo, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Turkey Creek Pass to John and Wilma Graham, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,909 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Scott and Kelly Zuppke, of Kissimmee, sold 54 Ocean Crest Drive to Brian and Erin Teeters, of Ormond Beach, for $412,900. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,416 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $274,000.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 129 Beau Rivage Drive to John Erickson, of Crestwood, Kentucky, for $385,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,453 square feet.

Anne Gelatka, individually and as trustee, sold 44 Capistrano Drive to MJAG Family Renovations LLC, of Sparta, New Jersey, for $349,900. Built in 1986, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,598 square feet.

Paromita Tomerlin, of Flagler Beach, sold 8 Tarpon Ave. to Jorge and Lourdes Reig, of Frederick Maryland, for $340,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,180 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $122,000.

Jeffrey Clapacs and Eric Lorenzi, of South Daytona, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 314, to Gary and Cathy Garland, of St. Augustine, for $300,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has 925 square feet. It sold in March for $193,000.

Benjamin and Melissa Tincher, of Port Orange, sold 50 Sunny Shores Drive to Steven Dare, of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, for $280,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $177,000.
