Seabreeze's boys soccer team and girls basketball team both advanced in their district tournaments on Feb. 1.
In boys soccer, the Sandcrabs defeated Pine Ridge 2-0 in the District 6-4A semifinals to advance to the final against tournament host Orlando Bishop Moore at 7 p.m. Feb. 3.
The winner will automatically advance to the regional playoffs, but the other team almost assuredly will be awarded a playoff spot also, based on ranking. Bishop Moore (14-3-5) is ranked second in the region, while Seabreeze (9-5-1) is ranked third.
In girls basketball, Seabreeze defeated Matanzas 39-36 in the District 4-5A quarterfinals. The Sandcrabs (11-12) advanced to the semifinals against Mainland on Feb. 2.
Sarah Randolph led Seabreeze with 13 points. Ocean Summers had 12 points and seven rebounds.
