A house in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of Nov. 17-23 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Stephen Smith, as general partner, sold 104 Island Estates Parkway to Eloisa and Cesar Bermudez, of Palm Coast, for $1.55 million. Built in 2002, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boathouse and 3,837 square feet. Following are some other transactions for the week.

Condo

William Rogers, of Palm Coast, sold 50 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit 42, to Barbara Cohen-Pippin, of Palm Coast, for $340,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/2.5 and has 1,946 square feet.

Beach Haven

Arthur and Margaret Versich, of St. Augustine, sold 21 Sandy Beach Way to Dennis and Beth Bittner, of Palm Coast, for $915,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,818 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $530,000.

Bernard Meadows

Mohammad Rana sold 61 Blakemore Drive to Isabella Cafro and Elizabeth Cafro, of Milford, New Jersey, for $272,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,263 square feet.

Easthampton

James Manfre, of Palm Coast, sold 4 Edmond Place to Austin and Alexis Barton, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,134 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $342,200.

Grand Landings

Kevin and Amanda Romanach, of Panama City, sold 218 S. Coopers Hawk Way to Mike and Dawn Fingerhut, of Palm Coast, for $550,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,753 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $395,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 39 Pinnacle Place to Liana Vilenskiy and Aidan Maisonave, of Bunnell, for $287,140. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,402 square feet.

Kings Colony

John and Aida Gravlee, as trustees, sold 36 Kings Colony Court, Unit 36, to Louise Gardner, as trustee, for $250,000. Built in 1986, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,021 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $131,000.

Frank Malley and Ellyn Murrow, of St. Augustine, sold 23 Coolidge Court to James and Karen Williams, of Palm Coast, for $730,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock, boathouse and 2,346 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $488,500.

Olga Graham, of Palm Coast, sold 4220 N. Ocean Shore Blvd. to Isabel Enterprises LLC, of Mission Hills, Kansas, for $680,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 5/3 and has a guest house and 1,887 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $400,000.

Eleanor Lantinen, of Palm Coast, sold 59 Frederick Lane to Susan Jones, of Eatonton, Georgia, for $441,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,822 square feet.

Karen Jones and Jack Calvaresi, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Casper Drive to Anthony Cangelosi and Trishanna Cunningham, and Desirae Pace, of Palm Coast, for $298,400. Built in 1972, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,429 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $101,300.

Offerpad SPV Borrower G LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 2 Claymont Court St. to Lake Norman Cove LLC, of Cornellius, North Carolina, for $515,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool, boathouse and 2,016 square feet. It sold in February for $595,000.

Robert Pfister and Brigitti Pfister, of Dennis Port, Massachusetts, sold 28 Classic Court S. to Craig Wilkes, of Rocklin, California, for $510,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock and 1,768 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $400,000.
