Pool home on a river sells for $1.3 million

A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 23-29 in the Multiple Listing Service. Paul and Wendy Scott sold 22 Tiffany Circle to Valerie and Peter Riccardi, of Ormond Beach, for $1.3 million. Built in 1967, the house is a 4/3 and has a boat dock, boathouse, swimming pool and 2,705 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Condos

Janice Parker, of Ormond Beach, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 704, to Tyrone Welsh, of Ormond Beach, for $334,900. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet.

Chelsea Place

Robert Vaeth and Jane Vaeth, of Ormond Beach, sold 328 Chesham St. to Paul and Wendy Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $541,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,010 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $327,400.

Donald Heights

Thein Rental and Home Improvement LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1851 Linda Ave. to Nelida Atlas and Samantha Marcarelli, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/1 and has 864 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $125,000.

Fleming Fitch

Beverly Sisk sold 1823 Linda Ave. to Jairo Santos and Dilcia Lara, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,434 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $250,000.

Halifax Plantation

Thomas and Joan Howe, of Chaska, Minnesota, sold 1121 Killarney Drive to Carmine Taglialatela and Patricia Bschorr, as trustees, for $629,900. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,131 square feet.

Michael Eckstein sold 3644 Galway Lane to Jeremy and Shelby Padgett, of Ormond Beach, for $509,250. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,318 square feet. It sold in February for $463,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Silver Creek Development Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 124 Briargate Look to John and Cynthia Carswell, of Ormond Beach, for $680,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,703 square feet.

Not in Subdivision

David and Alice Gerken, of Ormond Beach, sold 121 Pine Creek Trail to Christina and Thomas Remigio, of Ormond Beach, for $540,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace and 2,581 square feet.

Tiffany Brownell, of Port Orange, sold 523 Collins St. to Jazlyn Santaella and Caroline Riley, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,456 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $153,000.

Oak Forest

Tru Vu and Diem Do, of Ormond Beach, sold 1320 N. Beach St. to Steve Rowe and Sarah Barnhart, as trustees, for $483,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 4/3.5 and has 2,232 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $350,000.

Jennifer Tuohey sold 36 Oakview Circle to Charles and Kristin O’Brien, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,275 square feet.

Virginia and Susan Cline, of Jacksonville, sold 476 S. Halifax Drive to Jeffrey and Angela Dixon, of Ormond Beach, for $507,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,660 square feet.

Ormond Golfridge

Shane and Sydney McCue, of Ormond Beach, sold 49 Pinehurst Circle to Kyle Smith and Kaitlyn Daralo, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,290 square feet.

Ormond Shores

Connie Thompson, individually and as representative, Gary Caples, Mark Capels and John Caples, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 River Beach Drive to Everett and Lucille Manley, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/1 and has 936 square feet.

Ormond Terrace

Heidi Dunlop and James Dunlop sold 611 Mcintosh Road to Christopher O’Neal and James Daily, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,597 square feet.

Timothy Conroy, of Ormond Beach, sold 3665 Ponderosa Drive to Dennis and Ellen Sullivan, as trustees, for $475,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,097 square feet.

Shane Claussen, Individually and as trustee, sold 436 Red Pine Court to Oleksiy Bogdan, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,050 square feet.

Pamela Bleakney, of Ormond Beach, sold 114 Timberline Trail to Ernestine Fain, and Stacie and Antonio Addison, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,555 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $130,000.

Triton Beach

John and Susan Crane, of Flagler Beach, sold 46 Neptune Ave. to Jeremy Fain, of Ormond Beach, for $595,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 2,640 square feet.

Ralph and Stacey Cloar, of Ormond Beach, sold 3801 Islamorada Drive to Robert and Summer Rogan, of Ormond Beach, for $767,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 5/4 and has 2,668 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $560,000.

Robin Gallant and Patrice Villalobos, of Port Orange, sold 148 Capri Drive to Douglas and Carol Wicks, of Ormond Beach, for $505,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,314 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $345,000.

Jon and Tina Ory, of Walnut Creek, California, sold 108 Longwood Drive to Cathy and Steven Dailey, of Ormond Beach, for $419,400. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,398 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $79,000.
