A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 14-20 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Alfred and Cheryl Sweeney, of Dothan, Alabama, sold 7 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 1104, to Dorset Construction Inc., of Marietta, Georgia, for $2.7 million. Built in 2003, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,412 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.
