A house in The Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 20-26 in the Multiple Listing Service. Joni and Andrew Harrison, of Daytona Beach, sold 113 Shady Branch Trail to Stacy Schinder and Chaim Makarov, of Ormond Beach, for $870,000. Built in 2010, the house is a 3/2.5 and has two fireplaces, a boat dock, guest house and 2,665 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Margaret and Robert Swinney sold 64 Dix Ave. to Deantee and Kayla Ingram, of Ormond Beach, for $669,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 5/4 and has a guest apartment, swimming pool and 2,156 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $355,000.
John and Maria Psilopoulos, of Ormond Beach, sold 116 Pergola Place to Howard Mckenzie Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,839 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $263,300.
Sharon Logan, individually and as trustee, sold 65 Coquina Drive to Arkady and Penelope Reingowsky, of Davie, for $425,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,190 square feet.
Stephan and Lorraine Miklos, of Ormond Beach, sold 33 Alanwood Drive to Jonathan and Charlene Flickinger, of Ormond Beach, for $397,500. Built in 1975, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,828 square feet.
Laura Kuftic, of Ormond Beach, sold 496 Hollywood St. to Thomas Edwards, of Sparta, Georgia, for $385,000. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,582 square feet.

MVP Homes Inc., of Green Cove, Springs, sold 284 Military Blvd., to Jann Rotstein, of Daytona Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,576 square feet. It sold in 2022 for $180,000.
James and Tina Lee sold 439 Collins St. to Carlos Caquias and Gilberto Caquias-Gonzalez, of Ormond Beach, for $82,000. Built in 1966, the manufactured home is a 2/2 and has 660 square feet

Semoran Vista Inc., of Sanford, sold 1328 Hansberry Lane to Anne Pierce, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2009, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,604 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $167,500.

Lori Dunn and Daniel Dunn sold 1111 Roberts St. to HPA III Acquisitions 1 LLC, of Chicago, for $445,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,725 square feet.

Frederick Hartmann, of Orange Park, sold 1 Sea Shore Drive to Rita Sharma, of Atlanta, for $699,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,294 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $295,000.
