A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 17-23 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Daniel and Debra Sontag, of Atlanta, sold 19 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1004, to John LaRiche, as trustee, for $1,723,000. Built in 2005, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,873 square feet. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Brad Cox and Susan Blackley, of Concord, North Carolina, sold 102 Yacht Harbor Drive, Unit 267, to Bruce and Virginia Dorminy, of Albany, Georgia, for $409,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,351 square feet.

Arleen Kaufmann, of Gainesville, and Laurel Kaufman, of Arvada, Colorado, sold 112 S. 7th St., Unit 2, to Michael Wehde, of Flagler Beach, for $226,000. Built in 1981, the condo is a 1/1 and has 704 square feet.

Anabela Azevedo, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Prairie Lane to Allyson and Martin Senn, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,020 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $150,000.
