PHOTOS: Condo sells for $2.7 million plus

A condo in Hammock Dunes was the top real estate transaction for the week of March 3-9 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Jorge and Sonia Casimiro, of St. Augustine, sold 28 Porto Mar, Unit 701, to Gregory and Diane Joseph, of Valdosta, Georgia, for $2,787,500. Built in 2007, the condo is a 4/4.5 and has 4,283 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $1.7 million. Following is a sample of other transactions for the week.

Car-Jam LLC, of Thomaston, Connecticut, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 715, to Travis and Amanda Thaxton, of Bossier City, Louisiana, for $735,000. Built in 2003, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 1,676 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $449,000.

Alvin and Kimberly Hansard, of Ormond Beach, sold 200 Marina Bay Drive, Unit 201, to Charles and Julie Starcher, of Woodstock, Georgia, for $260,000. Built in 2000, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $424,000.

Belle Terre

Periang Suth and Molyda Lim, of Palm Coast, sold 53 Palm Lane to Rickey and Redgenia Benicoff, of Palm Coast, for $299,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,760 square feet.

Cypress Knoll

Blue Crown Construction Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 23 Edgely Lane to Damian Morski and Brianna Delesparra, of Palm Coast, for $550,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,017 square feet.

Todd and Stacy Lewer sold 2119 Central Ave. S. to Robert and Alesha Richmond, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,280 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $335,000.

Michael and Phyllis Folger sold 219 Grand Reserve Drive to Randy and Naomi Frizzell, of Byron Center, Michigan, for $450,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $352,500.

Hammock Dunes

Sherry Burger and Deborah Shepard, individually and as trustees, sold 7 Via Roma to Charles Nokovich and Terry-Anne Murphy, of Palm Coast, for $850,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,846 square feet.

Indian Trails

M&M Properties Guys LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 137 Bayside Drive to Chad and Georgina Dyches, of Palm Coast, for $565,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,208 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $330,000.

Brite Properties of Florida LLC, of Orlando, sold 40 Bickwick Lane to Alejandro Olavarria and Elmas Karagoz, of Mastic, New York, for $415,000. Built in 2022, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet.

Olga Gillings, of Palm Coast, sold 97 Bud Hollow Drive to Janna Li, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,938 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $185,000.

Brian and Heidi Burke, of Flagler Beach, sold 2534 Lakeshore Drive to Julie Childs, as trustee, for $1.2 million. Built in 2005, the house is a 5/4.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boathouse and 4,259 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $750,000.

Alla Pantchenko, of Ponte Vedra, and Viktor Pantchenko, of Daytona Beach, sold 281 S. Riverwalk Drive S. to Stephen and Susan Holloway, of Palm Coast, for $1.16 million. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,608 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Randolph, Floyd, Brea, Kimberly and Barrett Kernon, of Hudson, sold 4 Collingdale Court to Edmund Bennett II and Mary Hare-Bennett, of Palm Coast, for $740,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool, boat dock and 2,743 square feet.
